Question:

Sensor Error, Funny Smell and Noise

I have a 9 year old GE SpacesaverXL Microwave Oven (JVM1450BA01). It has stopped heating, displays "Sensor Error" near end of cooking time, makes a low growling sound when turned on and leaves a funny odor in the air if I turn it on?
Should I replace the Magnatron or just get a new oven?
