  1. You probably made a mistake in the address the second time. I noticed that the words "email address" appear twice in your question. Once it's spelled properly and the other time it's spelt as if it's one word. If you did the same with the email address, that would explain it's return.

Most email applications don't return mail that is blocked.

  2. Yes, maybe her mailbox if full or there is a problem with sending.

I am having a problem sending email to comcast.net.

Wait awhile, try again.  If it does not go through contact your

internet provider, they will fix it for you free.

Horrible when that happens, especially when we are sending

email to our children, now adults.

  3. Check if you sent it to the correct e-mail address, but sometimes the e-mail has been left idle for too long and it just so happened you sent it on the day that it was being shut down.

  4. I have that happen with a couple of people when their in box is too full.  Maybe she got lots of B-day email and it flooded her in box.

At least the b-day card got through.

  5. Ahh doncha love computers and modern technology....

  6. maybe you got blocked.

  7. There was a computer virus going around, and it said that if you get an ecard, don't open it, and block the address, maybe that is what happened. She probably blocked it after you sent the ecard, thinking that it was a virus being said that it was sent by you... Happened to my mom...
