How would you feel if your child was sent to the guidance counselor for having writing on his or her arms?

  1. I would be pleased that someone had the sense to intervene.


  2. It depends on the age of the child and what they wrote on their arms. Most of the time they right silly stuff but if it was something to cause alarm then it is the right thing to do. If they went to the trouble to send your child to the guidance counselor then I hope they notified you almost immediately. If they didn't then you should make a formal complaint.

  3. I guess it would depend what the writing said....

  4. Perhaps it is school policy.  They may have a protocol to follow when this happens.  If it's answers to a test, they get sent to the principal and get a detention.  If it's a skull and crossbones, they get sent to the guidance counselor.

  5. Is the child SUPPOSED to be writing on his/her arms?
