  1. Assuming you were given work furlough under California Penal Code section 1203.017, you are entitled to credit for time served plus good time/work time credit just as you would be in custody.  Under Penal Code section 4019, you are entitled to a day's worth of credit for every four days served so long as there are no problems.  That means, for 210 days, you'll probably get 52 days of credit, meaning you would have to serve 158 days.

    This is a rough calculation, and there are many other factors that go into this equation, so the actual number may be different.
