  1. word up baby... if you don't do... you don't care... though i have to say that without wise words action would not exist... not all sayers are shakers... So what did Edward Abbey do, other thay say?...(now searching the www for info...)

Sure, makes sense as far as it goes.  But one could have said to Abbey and most of his heroes "Action without reflection is the sign of an animal, not a human."  Abbey's heros were lone warriors engaged in "creative destruction" for the greater cause, but it's not a course we would want too many people to undertake.  If everyone feels free to employ chain saws and bombs in the pursuit of their personal causes, how are we any better than terrorists?
