Press and hold the "Code Search" button until the red light stays on, release the button.  Press the "TV" button once and release, then continually press and release the "Power" button until your TV turns off.  IMMEDIATELY press the "Enter" button once and release, wait 2 seconds, then press the "Power" button and release, and your TV should turn on.  Now try the channel up and down, volume, and other buttons and they should all work! (well most of them).

Repeat and Rinse for all other devices and you're good to go!!!  This needs to be repeated if the remote batteries need replacing or have been removed.
