my husbands sister has three kids, she was married for a little over a year. Her and her husband just split up this past weekend, they completely moved out of their house and are now living seperetly, her three children are not his, the father of these three children is in jail, sentenced min of twelve years. My sister in laws husband was the main provider for their family, she works full time but doesn't make a lot, especially after insurance for her family comes out. my question is will she qualify for any state assistance right now even though she is still married. Once again i will add that the husband is NOT her childrens father nor has he adopted him, also they do NOT live together. O yes, we are in utah if that helps

  1. She should be.  She needs to go to the department of social services in her town and get all the information she can.  There are children involved and she can not make ends meet, so there is help available to her.  Good luck!

  2. Assistance is there for a reason. She would not be abusing it by trying right while she is in financial need. Tell her to go and fill out the paperwork and get the ball rolling.

BTW, ignore the as*hole above me. What's that all about?

  3. why you beiing a bitttttch about my question for, don't answer it if your going to be rude, you fucckkken biiiotchhhh!
