Sephora experts! Question on their return policy.?

Question

Okay so I went to Sephora today to get a powder foundation. A cast member helped me out with finding the right shade for me. So I trusted her judgment and went ahead and bought the powder. I come home and open the packaging and tried it on and I noticed it's a little too dark for my skin tone.

Question is: Can I return it still? Even if it's opened and used a little bit? Do I get a refund or do I get a store credit? She mentioned I can return it but didn't mention if I open it and use it.

Yes, i believe you can. Btw, they have a lot of over priced make up. Some other brands are just as good & bare minerals is not good for your skin with all the bismuth, no matter who tells you different. Bismuth is in pepto bismol & helps you aide a tummy ache. I don't want to aide a face ache.lol

You can always return the make-up within 30 days or any reason.  They will refund your money if you paid cash, unless you used a credit card, they will refund that.  You must have your receipt. hope this helps.

just dont tell them you used it, just say you opened the plastic around it and looked at the shade and you didnt like it...
