Sept or Aug for Jamaica?

We are planning our wedding! We know its the rainy season but just how rainy is it? What time of day do you suggest we get married? FYI: Our resort is in Montego Bay if that makes a difference.Thx!

August begins the roughest season for storms and hurricanes.  I would say, plan to be indoors at the ???resort??? and on the best days just enjoy.   I think the best time is at sunset, outside, with the many colors of the sky as your background.  Soft Caribbean sounds of the steel drum playing your wedding music.....(I can hear it now)
