Septoplasty and insurance?

I am going to have septoplasty here pretty soon but was wondering if anyone knew if insurance covers it completely, i have blue cross with a 500$ detuctible right now, but i also have united i was thinking united would cover my deductible and blue cross would pay the rest.

anyone know anything?

im waiting for my doctors approval to go through so i can contact my insurance company.

It doesn't work that way.  Each policy says how it works, if there are two policies.  Plus, one is primary, one is secondary.  Unless you have welfare insurance, it's highly unlikely you'll have this covered with nothing out of pocket.
