The West supported Albanians at Kossovo and denied the Serbian traditional and historical rights.

Russia supported S. Ossetia and according to the West this was an unjustified "invasion".

  1. How is that a double standard.  The west did the same thing in both cases.

  2. I asked the same question some days ago. Check out the answers here:

  3. Good question but I am afraid that many here doesn't have a clue what are you talking about.

Yes, there is Georgia outside USA too :)

According to miss Rice, Georgia have every right to protect it's sovereignty. Why Serbia doesn't have the same, beats me, and I bet that Condoleeza can't tell too, besides to say that Kosovo is precedent.

And I must agree on that - Kosovo is precedent indeed, a precedent of raw foreign force vs. international law, tradition, democracy, history and (if you ask me) common sense too.

I am reading news/media reports and it really looks familiar.

Photo of wounded Georgian woman is a big hit, apparently.

No photos from S. Ossetia yet.

    Deja vu

    Maybe Condo(m)leeza can explain?
