isit legal/possible to have a firend seragant for me and then have her sign the rights to me in court when the childs born?

If its your friend I'd reconsider your decision to want to use her as a surrogate. Your friendship will deteriorate and bitter and harsh feelings will arise. Its better if you use someone who you don't know. My opinion only.

Yes that is perfectly legal, however if you do that you better make sure that she will sign the baby over to you and be aware that she has 6 months after the baby's born to change her mind. This happens every day, and the original mom takes custody back from the adopted mom. Just be careful.

you just have to work it out legally, just grab a lawyer to do the paper work and its surrogate.

Yes it is legal, but it's not a wise decision, there is just to may things that can go wrong, if one really want a child, i think it is better to adopt an orphan and tell them te truth from very young
