smashing aces at her will and her rivals are unable to derive a way out of the misery so far. She is technically unstoppable at the moment and being the top seed in the Bank of the West Classic, the tournament she won last year and considering her form in
the recent past, she is the hot favourite to retain the title as well.
Williams bagged her 14th Grand Slam title on the eve of Sunday by ousting the likes of the superior ranked Pole, Agnieszka Radwanska, in an epic three-setter. She tormented the Pole in the opening set; winning it 6-1
but lost the second set of the math 5-7, however, she pounced on her rival in the final thriller to seize the win with the scores of 6-2.
On her majestic triumph, the American said, “Oh my God, I can't even describe it. I want to thank Jehovah for letting me get this far. I almost didn't make it a few years ago, but now I'm here again and it's so worth it. I'm so
happy. I've dreamed of being here again. It shows if you never give up, you can achieve anything."
The 30-year-old American will be seen in action in the second round of the Bank of the West Classic tournament, contested in Stanford, USA. She will be playing at her home soil so the point of anything going against her is totally
written off. She is ought to win the title and retain all the points she grabbed in the previous edition of the tournament.
She is eager to perform at the tournament and her statement, “Just let me do a little bit at a time. I have never felt better" clearly shows her willpower to devastate her rivals at California. It will be an enthralling tournament
