It might not be the highest compliment you could offer the world No. 1, but the fact is Serena Williams has the best serve in women’s tennis at the moment. Against Sam Stosur in the fourth round at the 2010 Australian Open, Serena’s fastest serve was a 198km per hour rocket. Combine that kind of pace with placement and you’ve got a very potent weapon indeed.
