Manchester City forward and Argentine goal machine, Sergio Aguero has gone on to admit that he is more than just delighted with helping City pick up all three points against Wigan Athletic.
The striker was featured in the team’s starting eleven alongside Carlos Tevez and went on to bag a hat trick, while helping City cruise to a three goals to nil victory.
City’s goal scoring hero from their previous outing, Edin Dzeko was made to sit out the game on the bench along with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937.
A rather modest Aguero, who seems to be happier with the three points, as opposed to the three goals that he has scored is quoted to have said: "It was great to get the three goals but the most important thing is that we keep winning.”

"A hat-trick is good but for me the most important goal was the first one, as we needed to score."
Following his move from Atletico Madrid in the summers, Aguero has been in exhilarating form. The striker has managed to make an immediate impact on the City squad and has so far gone on to bag six goals in four appearances for his club. Based on his performances
so far, many believe that the thirty five million pounds that City paid for him, is more like a bargain price.
What was interesting about the game, was http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez with Aguero in the team’s attack.
Tevez has not started for City since he came back from the Copa http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/America-c38390 and seemed to be a little rusty in the game. In fact, the striker even went on to miss a penalty, which was quite unusual.
Nonetheless, despite that fact Mancini seems to be backing his striker and feels that it is more important for the team to help Tevez return to full fitness, instead of pointing out his mistakes.
He said: "Carlo is not 100 per cent at the moment but I am happy for him because for me he played very well with Sergio, he missed a penalty but this can happen - usually he scores.”

"It was important for him to start, to play and to play well and maybe in two or three games he will be 100 per cent."
Should Mancini be able to get Tevez to regain his past form, then that coupled with Aguero and Dzeko’s temp could result in City going on to win a number of competitions this season.
