It was previously believes that Aguero might be suffering from an injury, given the fact that the striker suffered a knock to his ankle in a recent friendly.
The forward was tackled by Wolfsburg’s Emanuel Pogatetz in the friendly game and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roque-Santa-Cruz-c31778 to replace him.
Based on that knock, it was widely believed that he might not be able to feature in the upcoming Community Shield game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786.
However, Aguero took to his Twitter account to tell everyone that he was perfectly fine and that there were no problems with his ankle.
"Good game and another victory to get us to the game on Sunday," Aguero stated on Twitter.
"The kick I received? I'm fine, thanks for asking."
The Community Shield game between the two sides is set to take place on the 12th of August, as both the teams are looking to get their season started with a bang.
Last season, Aguero proved to be one of the most influential players on the pitch for City. The striker was the pivotal point in the team’s attacks and managed to score goals for fun.
He was nominated for the PFA Young Player of the year, due to his performances. Considering that he was in his first season with the club, which just goes to show how brilliant he had been for the team last season.
Despite not being the prime striker for the club at the start of the season, his fine goal scoring form saw him move up the pecking order.
In fact, he became one of the first players to be named on the squad sheet, every time Roberto Mancini went on to finalize his squad.
At the same time, the fact that he scored the goal which helped City win the league, just goes to show how important he is to the club.
