Manchester City striker and Argentine international, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero has admitted that he is now looking forward towards City’s clash with Blackburn Rovers, as Aguero along with rest of the City squad look to bounce back from their defeat to Bayern Munich.
City took on Bayern Munich in the Champions League and after drawing with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 in their opening fixture, they were looking to get all three points from the game. However, things did not work out according to City’s plans, as they suffered a two goals
to nil defeat at the hands of the German side. City are now two games into their first ever Champions League tournament, with only one point to show for all their efforts.
Despite having suffered the loss, Aguero is now looking at the future, since he doesn’t feel the need to be stuck in the past. The Argentine has claimed that he is going to be trying his best to beat Blackburn and that the rest of the team should also be
looking forward at their upcoming fixture, instead of pondering over their loss to Munich.
Aguero, when talking about the game against Munich, used his Twitter account to state: "On Tuesday a strong rival took the match"
The player then turned his attention to the team’s upcoming fixture as he went on to add: "We've got our minds on Blackburn now and on growing as a team. There's a lot ahead of us!"
Going into the game, City manager http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez during the game against Munich and since then, the forward has been suspended for two weeks. As a result, he will
not be available for the upcoming game.
On the other hand, Edin Dzeko also allegedly had a mouthing off with Mancini, but instead of losing his spot in the side, Dzeko went n to apologize to Mancini and the City fans and has since, partially redeemed himself.
However, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 is still going to be looking to assert his authority on Dzeko and hence he might make the player start of the bench.
The manager is now going to be left with Sergio Aguero to start with and might just go on and pair him up with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 for a change.
The young Italian has been doing rather well for the team and could see himself tag along with Aguero, as the two tear down the Blackburn defence.
All in all, Mancini is going to have to get his tactics just right, or he could see his side drop more points, which they just can’t afford to lose.
