http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero will join Juventus FC, claims Carlo Nesti – Serie A Transfer Update
Juventus FC target and Atletico Madrid striker, Sergio Aguero, would be in Turin for the 2011/12 season, claims the Italians news guru, Carlo Nesti. Juve have been tracking the player for two months now and are keen to have him in Turin for the upcoming
term as the team aims to make a comeback in the Italian top flight and European football.
While talking to TuttoJuve.com, Nesti made his claims regarding the future of Aguero and the current situation of the deal between the Italians and the Spaniards.
“As far as I know, Juventus have Aguero. Obviously, it is an excellent swoop, when you consider the player’s technical abilities’ left, right, speed and power. He’s basically got everything, apart from a few missing centimetres in terms of his height seeing
as he is just 1.70m.” Nesti has been quoted as saying.
However, there are different opinions from different sources in Europe. One such example, La Gazzetta dello Sport, are repeatedly reporting that the forward would cost around 40 million and that might be considered too steep by the Juve officials.
While talking about the quality strikers in the game today, Nesti said:
“Doubts can arrive from the fact that only three forwards, in my opinion, can change a team – http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Diego-c11058
and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Amauri-c5381 were a part of.”
Diego and Amauri both came to Turin after the Calciopoli allegations and relegation of La Vecchia Signora. However, both the forwards struggled to find good form and lacked consistency. The Bianconeri have been looking for striking options as they are ambitious
to make a comeback in the Italian Serie A in the coming season.
The Lady Killers have already filled up the midfield with the likes of Andrea Pirlo and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Reto-Ziegler-c30895. Now the Turin giants are keen on adding firepower to the forward block in order to find their goalscoring ability.
