Serial killer stats?

why are there more white male serial killers than black males??? i'm not trying to make a racist statement i was just wondering...has there ever been research conducted on this subject???

Actually. Your entire premise is flawed.

Men are more likely than women to become serial killers. This is a given.

White men outnumber black men by an ENORMOUS factor in America. There is no contest.

The science actually suggests black men are twice as likely to commit serial murderers, per capita.

However, given the hugely lopsided facts of our society, there are still many, many more white men. Thus, there are more white serial kills overall, in number, but statistically, black men are more likely to become serial killers.

Edit: in response to your edit, no, it's isn't a psychological thing. There are more white killers because there are more white people. Again, I say, statistically, black men are MORE LIKELY to become serial killers. Whether or not black men being more likely to kill multiple victims is a psychological issue is up for debate, but we know for a fact white men aren't more psychologically prone to multiple killings because they're less likely, statistically, to kill in the first place.

If you're asking about research, that tells me you don't know if there is any, which tells me there isn't any you know of.  If so, why would you think serial killing is racial?

Edit: It would be very interesting to see the stats you quote.  Are they from this century and hemisphere, or do they include such racial slurs from other countries and time frames as well?  Yes indeed, we look forward to seeing them in order to give you a conmplete answer.

(Whites serial killers,Blacks drive bys) Is there really a difference? Innocent people die in both accounts it's just put under a different category.They both kill for no real reason, just because life can be"unfair",both have issues for one reason or another and the both go to jail if caught. Not at all a racial comment!!
