Serie A match report: A.C Milan 4-1 Parma: Nocerino hat-trick downs the visitors: 2nd half report

Aquilani came close to scoring Milan’s third of the evening just before the hour mark. The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 star thumped a powerful shot from distance but Mirante once again produced a lovely save to parry the ball to safety.
The Rossoneri started to dominate the proceedings and tested the opposition goal on a number of occasions. Boateng had a lovely opportunity to score but his powerful effort from close range was beautifully saved by Mirante.
Just after the hour mark, Ibrahimovic found himself in a one on one position with the visiting goalkeeper but the Swede’s tame effort was cleared away by Mirante.
The host’s had a plethora of opportunities to score their third but luck did not favour them, as Ibrahimovic played a lovely pass for Cassano but the Italian’s shot was met by another wonderful save from the Parma goalkeeper.
A goal looked inevitable for Milan and they finally managed to score their third of the evening in the 73rd minute. A header from Cassano was played into the path of Ibrahimovic, who skipped past Feltscher before slotting his shot nicely past
Mirante to make it 3-0 for the host’s.
Ibra was immediately substituted with Robinho in the 74th minute. Just when it looked like the Crociati had given up; Giovinco scored a consolation goal for his side. Biabiany dispossessed a Milan defender before playing a lovely through ball
for the former Juventus star, who fired a low shot between the legs of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Christian-Abbiati-c9046 to make it 1-3.
Robinho had a fantastic opportunity to score a goal in the 84th minute, as he stole the ball from Giovinco and found himself clear on goal but Mirante came off his lines to deny the Brazilian.
Nocerino completed a deserved hat-trick with a headed goal in the stoppage time of the game. Cassano played a lovely cross at the far post and Nocerino met it with a thumping header to seal the game 4-1.
Milan will travel to Stadio Olimpico Rome to take on A.S http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 in their next game on Saturday, October 29, 2011. On the other hand, Parma will host Cesena the next day.
