Serioous question about my balls?

Question

the tubes and veins that connect my right nut to my body are like normal and seem to be nice and tidy

my left nut's tubes are like longer and bigger and all like disordered. i dont have any hard spots on my nuts but the tubes on my left nut seem like weird. almost like little knots are in a rope u kno? its freaking me out

is it normal? is it anything to worry about?

i have the exact same thing, it has been this way for a while the doctor knows and has not said anything. so i guess it is fine.

i had the same problem. my left side looked all knot like (almost similar to spaghetti), was sagging way lower and was kind of swollen. it also felt heavy on the left more than the right. i went to a doc and was told i had varicocele. i had surgery to fix it just october of last year cause it could possibly cause infertility.

Could be twisted, it's a common problem (although I don't know much about it) but I think it requires surgery, could be wrong though.

I know exactly what you are talking about, buddy.

Every male has it. It's called the Epididymis. It's the location where sperm is stored and matured.

No worries, It's completely fine :) If you're having pain on the left side of your testicles (balls), then tell your dad that you need to see a doctor.

But you really shouldn't worry. When I was young, I wondered too. :)

Mine are like that, been that way for ever. Had tons of check ups and the doc knows about it so I am guessing that its normal. The right side feels like a bag of worms. I have large testicles too I dont know if that has anything to do with it, maybe its crowded in there.

consult a doctor,this one cant be solved by experts in here
