Serious Height Question?

is it true, that without excercise, if you get alot of sleep, you drink milk, you eat right, you can still grow taller???...

  1. Exercise won't help you to grow taller.

    Plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) will help your destined normal growth and a deficiency can stunt it.  


  2. Yes, but eating right and exercise don't really have anything to do with your height.

  3.    No. way. Its in the genes and i am not talking blue jeans

  4. the milk part is right but all people are different and some people just havent het a growth spurt yet
