Serious p***s size question?

hey guys my little brother is about a year and a half old, but me and my family think there is a slight problem with his development. His p***s is 6 inches long. We have problems buying diapers and cleaning him. THis is starting to become a problem. What should my family do? Should we call the doctor? what could this possibly be?

I would take him to the doctor just to be on the safe side.

He has I'mreallyhung syndrome....A rare disease that infects 1/100 children at birth. The common solution is tying it around his leg until he grows into it so he doesn't trip over it. DO NOT use duct tape. Its painful and hinders growth.
