  2. I know for me since I play sports the biggest thing is conditioning your body...Doing Cardio is the what will set you apart from everyone else...It increases endurance, heart rate and overall power to your game....Look up ways on Google and see what works for you....Then take some lessons or just practice the internet is a great source of information

  3. one of my friends gabriel reece pro volleyball player, she played at a college in florida and then a scout saw her at a game a recruited her for a professional volleyball legue and now she is playing 3 on 3 pro sand volleyball so you can have your career expand you just have to be at the right game with the right scouts out there. hope you go pro!!!

  4. If you excel at the University level, someone will definitely notice you!  You, personally, will also know if you have the "goods" the skills, to go to the pro level as your compare yourself to others on your college team.

I am assuming you are talking about indoor volleyball. You need to think, eat, and sleep volleyball. Read the Volleyball Monthly Magazine - and look at the stories behind those who make it pro. They are totally dedicated to all aspects of the game and the sport. They are involved with summer camps - both teaching and taking. They get up early and condition constantly, lift weights, eat right, hang out with other volleyball people to build up your support group.

If you're talking about SAND volleyball, then you need to move to California and take advantage of the all-year weather conditions that allow you to work out on the beach!  And get a private coach.
