Looking for a great ins. policy or a company that has the best rates for a non-smoker 37 year old male with no health issues- looking for around 100,000.00 policy term or 30 year- If you have a good one let me know or a family member etc- looking to change the one our family has so everything would be taken care of for the family. Thanks!

  1. here's how to find one --

Consumer Reports magazine surveys life insurance about once every seven years or so.  read the back issues at your public library.

  2. Depends where you are located, but you your best bet would be to contact an insurance broker.  They would be able to shop around for the best quote on the market and make a recommendation on which of the best rates are also from solid stable companies.  They will also be able to do a full needs analysis to make sure you are buying the proper amount of insurance to make sure your family will be taken care of and to make sure that you aren't buying far more insurance that you actually need.

I recommend www.customplanfinancial.com if they are in your area.  If you happen to be located in SK, Canada, feel free to contact me directly and I can help you.

  3. My wife and I have a 30 year level term policy, both covered for 250k (in the first year), each year for next ten it will increase by 10%, at the end of 10 years our policy will cover us for 500k- with NO medical qualification due to increase in coverage amount. One policy covers the both of us. Usually, companies will issue a policy for each person in the family, costing more in the long run due to policy fees for EACH one. We can add a child rider to the policy. One rider will cover ALL the children in the house from 15 days old up to 25 years and you only pay once for the rider- it doesn't matter the number of kids you have or will have. There can be a Waiver of Premium added, we don't recommend it. Also, you can take out a percentage of death benefit if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Our policy is through Primerica. Oh, when the term expires the policy is GUARANTEED RENEWABLE, with NO medical check up necessary.
