  1. Well done! And yeah, a lot of people have the same experience; whenever you're quitting anything like that it'll have a great effect on your entire body, not just your mind :)

  2. its more to do with your mind speed,also you will see a big difference regarding your weight,3 wks is still early,but if you can see the difference now, imagine in a couple of months,i wish you all the best,and the rest. i have been clean a year after fighting a thirteen year one,on and off .oh well theres nothing we can do,except learn from it.

  3. No mate I've never taken drugs - stopped smoking though.

    RESPECT - keep up the good work. Remember why you stopped and stay strong. Well done xx

  4. I have. Not for quite as long an amount of time, but addiction is an addiction, I suppose.

    When I was twelve years old my brother introduced me to cocaine... I was hooked. For six years I used every single day. To the point where I was doing one or two 8 balls a week. I just stopped a month ago. Went crazy tearing at anything I could get my hands on. Felt like the entire world was collapsing on me..

    Now, I am ok. Now I feel so much better. I don't even smoke weed anymore. I shirked the abusive relationship that was controlled by blow. I got back into school. Started horse back riding again, studying to be a piercer again... Eventually I will give up cigarettes, but one addiction at a time, I suppose, right?

    My skin is still broken out around my nose and lips, but its clearing up already! ^___^;

    CONGRATULATIONS!

    we did it. =)

  5. I'm sorry that never happened to me, but I have some friends that usted to do something similar, some of them died already due to it ... other keep doing it, BUT WELL done!!! You deserve a pack on the back just dont start doing it again

  6. no.

    never took speed.

    but when u give up anything that puts toxins in your body,

    your skin will reflect it.

    sometimes it is the wrong foods

  7. well done on giving up, i was in a similar position when i was a teen,and i was lucky enough to have the full support of my family, but i gave up.and 20 years on i  am pleased to say i never went back to it...

    like you say you feel great and have clear skin so just look to a drug free future...good luck
