i am married to my partner in italy he is only a resident there as he orignially comes from ghana he has been living in italy for 4yrs with his mum and brothers. my concern is as i am the sponser because we have planned to settle in uk and since i am the only child to my mum and dad i need to be there for them also i have severely disabled sister who my mum looks after full time so of course i am theoritally the next of kin. my question is this do i have enough financial support to show the embassy i have the following:

1) full time job earning per yr £15'492 + commission(commision is based on you meeting targets)

2) self employed cleaning job earning per yr b4 tax £1320.00

3) savings of £4200.00

i plan to just rent a room for a couple so the price ranges from £300-500 per month my outgoings are as follows

loan=£184.00

phone=£70.00

sky=£24.00

petrol=£80-100

so each end of the month i am left with bout £100 in my account.

does it look ok?

  1. you say you are the only child yet you have a sister. Your parents are each other's next of kin. Then it is you AND your sister (being disabled doesn't remove her inhertience rights).

  2. Dont forget you utility bills, such as Water/Electric, these are not cheap now adays, think I pay 56 pound a month for Gas & Electric, not too sure on water through.
