   Well, I would start by filling out a job application that you have the qualification for. Sorry, nobody is going to hire you as a CEO without being qualified for it.

   Most people can get a really decent job with a misdemeanor.  A co-worker of mine has a DUI (Class B) on her record & she's got a $90,000/yr salary!  Crazy, right?
   
   It's the felonies you have to worry about.  My ex-husband is a felon & he couldn't get the felony removed from his record until after 7 years.  But, you have to hire a lawyer & all that fun stuff in most cases.  He's also never had a job that's paid more than $11/hr either.
   
   Also depends on where you apply & what your educational/work background is.
