Okay so I am really scared, I don't know whether I am acting or not.

After my last mental health question somebody said I had OCD, and i started to worry about it but here is the thing I was thinking in my head am I acting for attention?

Then again on Friday I had a binge and made myself sick and Then after I was thinking am I really like this or am I acting? Then I was thinking in my head that my friends don't like me (I think they do) and I was thinking that I had to make them pay by showing them how little the care by staving myself.

I need help o.O

P.S I took Drama at school

  1. I'm bipolar, and I've done all sorts of odd things. I sometimes wonder if I'm acting, but then I realize something.

Normal people are not capable of doing these things. Their sanity prevents it.

  2. Maybe you are just paranoid. One of my friends is very paranoid and thinks that I am trying to do stuff behind her back, like stealing her friends away. It bugs the c**p at of me. If you notice yourself thinking that way, then you shouldn't worry. Just remember the facts, but don't get carried away.

  3. u mite think that u have it, but in reality maybe u dont...a lot of people think they do..see a doctor..if u can..if u cant..well..make urself think u dont..hw old r u?

  4. Hey I am kinda worried about you man, i would love to help you but i think a Doctor can do that the best. I hope you can get well soon, You will be in my prayers!

  5. Obviously you are in pain and you are aware of some kind of problem....

You sound like you might be in middle or high school? Regardless of whether it's real  doesn't matter. You need to talk with your parents, relative or school guidance counselor or someone you feel safe enough to help guide you through this very difficult time. Even if you are diagnosed with OCD - obsessive compulsive disorder it can be treated with medication and therapy.

Being in middle/high school is a very difficult time for everyone.  I have always told my children that these are difficult times, but the best is yet to come, college, careers, maturity, brings much happier days and true friendships. i.e Just look at Michael Phelps.. teased relentlessly as a young boy, but look at him now.

I hope that you will share what's bothering you with a trusted adult.

    Good Luck....

  6. Maybe borderline personality disorder?  eating disorder?

    Tried seeing a psychiatrist?

  7. See a doctor. Only a professional can diagnose you and it won't be done over the internet.
