  1. simple fact is they blatently deny everything about evolution until it really threatens tham.....then they desperately look for a passage that explains what we just found and tries to link it to the bible

the fact is they say somthing had to start the universe...but they have no problem believing that no one created god...how can they say everything has a start...when they go and say "oh but god didnt he was always there" nothing is just always there it forms

Heres food for thought...what if jesus was a minion of satan...tricking everyone into thinking thier sins had been paid for.....and the god they are praying to is actually the devil in disguise.....wouldnt that be the biggest trick played on humanity lol id love to see the looks on their faces if that were true....id sit back...open a 6 pack and point and laugh for a good 24 hours :)

  2. I don't get into any big discussions about it.  I just don't believe it.

  3. Evolution blatantly contradicts Genesis 1. They are simply not compatible. Both can not be right. Genesis 1 is the foundation of the Bible, if it is wrong at any point then the entire Bible is wrong and Jesus Christ died in vain. It is the Christian's obligation and duty to shed God's light on the darkness and lies of Satan. To say that Genesis 1 is a metaphor is to say that Jesus was a metaphor, sin is a metaphor, Christ's sacrifice was a meaningless metaphor- the list goes on and on. So yes, I will do whatever I can to expose the lies of Satan and share the truth of God's Word with anyone I can. And by the way, evolution is not science, it is a belief about events of the past. Science can not test events of the past. That is an impossibility.

  4. Of course they wouldn't. Do you see them disputing any other branch of science unrelated to their faith? No, you see them reaping the benefits of science and engineering every single day.

What if God's existence was dependent on gravity not existing?

  5. you can believe in evolution and be a christian, some christians do

  6. If there is no conflict what would there be to disprove?  Personally I think evolution is the mechanism the Gods use to create and preserve life.

  7. If the fossil record blended together by small changes, I would have no problem believing. But there are several areas where there are hundreds of millions of years of the fossil record to examine. New creatures appear fully developed and remain virtually unchanged until extinction. Darwinian evolution does not occur in the fossil record.

Animal breeders cannot breed animals into new species. Dog breeders can get many sizes and shapes, but change just goes so far and no father.

There is also the irreducible complexity or the cell, the eye, etc.

The theory says all living things evolved from a single-cell organism (a bacteria). That plus the evidence should make any reasonable person not believe in the theory of evolution.

  8. I remain convinced it is a combination of both.

It has to be a combination to me because of the very plausible scenario that something and someone had to start the something we have.
