I have been on probation for two years for a felony conviction. I have done everything i was supposed to...pay fees, report every month, pass drug tests, complete rehab and meetings in the beginning. Here's the problem, I moved in with my boyfriend about 7 months of being on probation and I got pregnant and had a beautiful baby boy 8 months ago. the other day the house I was living in got raided and drugs and money were found in some safes. I had no clue my boyfriend was involved in any kind of selling drugs. So my question is do you honestly think I can get revoked for his mistakes. btw, I moved out and back in with my mom with my son...it will absolutely kill me to be away from my son. I have changed my life around and I hope my probation officer realizes that but am i in trouble? I am sick to death about this....my whole world has fell apart. Please help

  1. Yes, you will probably be sent back to probation...they are not going to believe you when you say you did not know that he had drugs.

  2. Sounds like you had blinders on!!!!  I have a hard time believing that you didn't know anything about  the illegal activity that was going on right in front of you.  Just because you deny any involvement it does prove that you still make bad decisions.  Honestly you won't get revoked for HIS mistakes. they are NOW your MISTAKES!!!!  Hopefully your actions have proved otherwise and she will believe you!!  REMEMBER  in order to change, you need to change playgrounds!!!

  3. This is a touchy one. Best and only advice is to call your PO, sit down and explain the entire situation. Being upfront and honest with the PO can greatly help in getting his cooperation.

Best of luck and I hope this can be useful to you
