Serious questions about websites and cost issues?

i am 16 yrs old and i am very good with paint shop pro and other programs like that and i would like to make graphics and other things like that to put on my space and face book pages for free. I do not have a website i need to know where to get one and how much it would cost and how would this make me money? so i have a series of questions so whoever answer's them all gets 10 points thanks so much SERi0USE ANSWERS 0NLy

You can create a free website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business - http://tinyurl.com/officelive . It has a free design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. It has no ads and has 500mb of web space. MS is giving a free domain name for the 1st year.

I'd suggest doing an internet search on the term "free web hosting".

There are quite a number of sites offering free hosting. I'm fairly certain that all of them have site-building software and templates available to get you started.

You could post examples of some of your graphics right on the home page and perhaps build a photo album page to display more of them.
