well i am 13..and here is my story...when summer started i started staying up till 3 in da morning..now school starts and 2 weeks and i have been tryin to get to sleep at 11:30 p.m. but i cant sleep..even when i am tierd..i tried-drinking no caffine-drinking hot milk before bed-taking a hot bath-reading a book-not watch tv or be on computer-exercise-focus on the color bluebut they don work...it seems when i try to sleep all my thoughts just start to flow and i cant sleep...i even went to the doctor but all she said was to focus on the color blue when sleeping and exercise in the daytime.CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE...I REALLY NEED TO SLEEP BECAUSE I AM SUPER TIERD ..AND I JUST CANT SLEEP AND ITS MAKING ME CRY HHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPP
