  1. Update your Anti Virus and Anti Spyware

    Turn off System restore

    Start Computer in Safe Mode

Scan with Anti Virus and Anti Spyware

After scan is finished and you have deleted the Maleware

Restart computer set a new restore point and delete all previous points.

Rescan with Anti Virus and Anti Spyware.

If you do not have Anti Virus or Anti Spy Ware I recommend Avast and Spyware Terminator.

  2. Want you try safe mode, by pressing i think it F8 on windows boot up.

  3. Same problems happened to me.

I did a simple format on my computer and installed Norton 360. Used a program to recover all files lost because of problems like accidental format format.

Also that same day I learned that You should make 3 partitions. 1 for Your OS, another for all your stuff like mp3s pictures, etc. and another for p2p downloads that may contain viruses.
