Seriously,wtf is wrong with my laptop?

Question

it's a sony vaio and we just recently got internet working on it again.

it's making these sounds that sound exactly like fireworks but it only does that when i'm not really doing anything on the computer.

please help:(

Is there anything wrong with the picture or are the fireworks sounds coming from it the only thing wrong with it?
