  1. Room temperature or slightly chilled.


  2. not ice cold but certainly not warm either. Serve it a bit (10 degrees) below room temperature

  3. below room tempature..... cellar tempature...

    put it in the fridge for a while...  

  4. take it out of the fridge 15-20 minutes before serving.
