Way you would like to go out. (I mean instead of just walking out, what would you do that would probably get you fired but you quit instead)

Like half baked F u Fu Fu, your cool i'm out piece

Rip a customer for a usual disrespectfull act

seinfeld eat something off a plate and say it tastes fine

hang up someones cell phone when there at your table

Cause a huge dramatic scene and overreact like jerry macguire

I have done a couple things to get almost get fired...thank god I didn't.  Once, I threw a ladies tip back in her purse and told her she needed it more than I did (50cents on 50 dollars is unaaceptable).   Another good one is to tell customers what it looks like they would want to eat, i.e. fat person=porterhouse, idiot=4pound lobster.  OR,  my favorite, right in the middle of the dinner rush, before you've handled any money (so that you don't have a checkout to do) and your tables are full and your manager is already weeded (busy)...walk out discreetly and go home or to a bar...I did that once at a Lidia's restaurant...the place almost shut down because they couldn't find me anywhere.  Make sure you have another job though...hahaha
