can people sent to me virus if they know my ip ?

Do you mean someone who wants to target you specifically?  If so then yes, but your PC/router will have to allow it in, either through you accepting the file or via a security hole.  If you have a good firewall (I use zonealarm - don't trust window's own one) this should stop it getting in, and a good virus checker should pick it up if it _does_ get in.

If you aren't talking about a specifically targeted virus, then no, many viruses propogate through e-mail (often using MS outlook) or will scan the network to which it is connected (worms) and infect any machines they find.  But, again, a good firewall and virus checker should give you good protection.

Yes... but a firewall will protect you from that.

Even the default windows firewall when set to On position prevents people from sending virus to your IP address
