Service fee on gift card...?

I recently found this gift card in my house that dates to almost 2 years old!! Didn't even know I had it...and I don't remember who gave it to me -_-;; and there seems to be a $2 fee per month starting from august if it stays inactive till then....

so do i pay those service or does the card BUYER (whoever give it to me....) pays the fee? and how do i get rid of the card?

Usually the $2/month fee for being inactive just gets deducted from the card balance until it eventually runs out of money.  You don't pay to keep the card.  So if there is a balance on the card use it!  That way the monthly fee will stop being deducted.
