Service project: make cards for Hurricane Katrina survivors, know of any inspirational sayings i could use?

Our class service project is to create cards (any occasion) to send to the hurricane Katrina survivors still in new orleans. We are working alongs side a charity in New Orleans that feeds the people that are living in tents under a freeway. They come to this charity to do laundry, eat a good meal and relax. All the students were assigned a different task. Mine is to create cards for all occasions: birthdays, new jobs, new house, baby, holidays (religious and non), and thank you cards. So please any suggestions will do. I need to start making that cards soon. My teacher and the business teacher are going to New Orleans in June. And in advance THANK YOU!
