Service that will bring in electronics from the US and ship/fly-it-in internationally?

Question

Say I want to buy a product (electronic) on EBay, but shipping only goes to the US. I want someone/thing that will have my things shpped to them and then they can arrange for my product to be brought in by someone coming to whichever country it is I live in.

I don't want a company's service, because then that would probably be just shipping internationally (but still if you know something like this, tell me).

What I really want is someone who just happens to be flying to X country, and is willing (for some small fee) to bring it into the country for me. Some sort of social helping-me-get-my-stuff sort of arrangement.

Anyone familiar with something like that?

You may want to look into a company like Bongo International http://www.BongoUS.com .  They will set you up with your own US address so that you can make purchases from any US based online store…even if they don’t ship internationally.  Have the goods shipped to Bongo’s warehouse and they will consolidate all your orders and have them shipped to your door.  You can save hundreds of dollars.  If you find a company that doesn’t take international credit cards, they will make the purchase for you for a small fee.  They have saved me hundreds…possibly thousands of dollars by now.
