Serviced Office Space on QLD Gold Coast?

I need a serviced office - room for 1-3 professionals, with answering service/communal receptionist and ad-hoc boardroom hire. Possibly Southport area though flexible. Can any one recommend or just plain help?

I am searching for some office space for up to 5 professional people, may be we could co-locate and share rent or we could sublet to you with access to admin support. I am also interested in being located in Southport, Gold Coast. Parking will be a major issue, though.
