Servicing the, waste ink absorber, on a Canon... When I try to print anything with my Canon

Question

When I try to print anything with my Canon Pixma MP130 I'm told the "waste ink absorber is almost full, check owners manual". But I don't know anything about this and I can't find the manual. I checked online to order another manual but was unsuccessful. I therefore have 2 questions;
a) how do I rectify my waste ink absorber problem, and,
b) where/how can I get another owners manual?
Also; I've never heard of FixYa before does FixYa help with non-electronics problems too? Is it like the JUST ANSWER site?
