  1. 10 oz of what? The whole dinner? Or just the main dish? Or?

10 oz of food (total) is pretty normal for one person. You would get around 6 ounces of meat and around 4 ounces on a side dish.

  2. 3 people eating normal portions but you need other dishes to serve with it.

  3. 10 ounces of food is not very much!

One person can consume 10 to 15 ounces of food in a normal dinner sitting.

one T-bone steak is 8 ounces. The salad will be 2 to 3 ounces minimum. The bun or bread adds another couple ounces. We're already up to 14 and we haven't finished!

  4. I would say 3 people, but you better have some side dishes to go along with your 10 oz.
