  1. A hard serve needs force generated by the entire body, including legs and core. Your ball toss also needs to be correctly positioned so that you're leaning into the court and striking the ball at full reach. But the most important way to increase the speed of your serve is timing. Without timing much of the force generated by your body is lost and not transfered into the ball. If you want more speed don't thrash at the ball as this usually makes your timing worse and leads to sholder injuries.

    Good luck

  2. Definately work on the legs, but also have your balltoss further forward and slightly higher, work on the reach, and make sure you hit it flat and you have a great follow-through.

Other than that, every serve doesn't have too be at 100km/h, it just needs to be very well placed, so work on your accuracy too.

  3. Your serve sounds pretty hard, but I think that you should probably work on your legs and core so you can push up into the ball.  Arms can help, but you shouldn't be serving with the power from your arms as much.

    hope this helps
