  1. To Serve Alcohol or any other beverages/drinks in/at the Bar, you need to be over the age of 18 years olds,

to be in a pub you need to be over at least 16 years olds or even 18 years olds, . . .

i once went into a pub for a breakfast, but some waitress bartender said that i needed a id card to be served in a pub, i am 17, so i got out , they said i needed to be 18 years or older to be served in a pub, that was not really what she was on about . . .

So anyway, it is illegal for you to work in a bar and serve alcohol to other consumers/customers if you are under the age of 18s,

So why not work at other Cafes? WHICH They might accept you more...

    and it's pretty legal too...

  2. to serve alcohol you need to be over 18 or be supervised for each sale

  3. A food bar no, a booze bar yes it would be illegal.

  4. with the new uk laws from last november, you can serve alcohol at 17 if your transactions are autharized by a supervisor working with you on the bar.  15 is far to young.

  5. absolutely it is!!! your boyfriend is quite right...they  are wrong to have you serving and taking orders for drinks

  6. Yes! You are too young to serve alcohol. It is very much illegal. Actually, in some states you can work legally until you are 16 and you need a work permit.

  7. if the establishment is a restaurant then you can take drinks orders but you really shouldn't be serving alcohol as you can get into trouble as well as the place you work.

    Be cautious.

i have worked in bars, clubs and restaurants for 10 years

  8. Bar as in alcoholic beverages? Yes. It is illegal. You should not be behind the bar and you can't serve alcohol till you're 18.

  9. yeh

  10. As long as someone else working with you is over 18 and is  present and supervises the sale then it is perfectly legal

  11. This depends on how much you like your boss, but you could easily use this for a quick $200-300!!!! cause the fine for the owner would be way more than that.  Use what'cha got!

Yes, it's illeagal in any state at that age.

  12. Depends on the state laws.  Some states its 18 and other 21.  If you just taking the order for drinks but not making them or handing them to the customer I bet you are ok.  Assuming you are physically just serving the food.
