Servis dishwasher wiring to the heating element

Question

Servis dishwasher was not heating and we replaced the element - still not heating, took it out again to check - even although we wrote down the wiring sequence we are not sure if we have the wires all back in there right places on the top of the element. There seems to be a spare "prong" can anyone help with the wiring plan? Also suggestions as to what else to try for the water heating problem.....
