A secondary user within the household is unable to burn cd's on their log on.The only way they can burn is if they are logged onto to primarys log on.Computer was purchased 3 weeks ago at a Best Buy.Please CC: Secondary user on account at Debiroo@HotMail.com with solution if you are able.
