Set my own ringtones on pantech duo!!?

I just got a pantech duo the other day, i make my own ringtones. I finally figured out how to get them on my phone, but it stays in that My documents/my ringtones folder. I can't set it as a ringtone! it doesn't even show up on my sounds menu. how do i get it over there? or is there another way I can set it??

You need to put them into the \Windows\Rings\ folder.

i use Ventones to create my own ringtones

its really easy and free..
