Set up and tear down for a beach wedding?

we are getting married in ventura next may...we already have the reception sote, but we would love to hae a beach ceramony...the local hotels will not let us have a beach ceramony package with out a reception...does anyone know away we could hire someone that would bring in chairs set em up and take em down for cheap? on a saturday evening?

maybe you could ask some friends that are helping out with the wedding or some close girlfriends to help. Also whoever you are renting/getting chairs from maybe you could ask if they could do it. Just call a local rental company or whomever your provider is and they may know of someone who could do it. Isn't it frustrating trying to get cooroperation during planning!!!!! lol, i hope that it works out i wish i had a better answer...but i answered anyway because i know it is frustrating to not have ANY answers :(
